Class Ace LLC, doing business as Spyce.ai ("Spyce," "we," or "us"), provides AI-assisted research, marketing, content creation, and browser-automation tools. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit spyce.ai or use the service.

Information we collect

  • Account information, including your email address, authentication provider, and account settings.
  • Inputs and files you submit, generated outputs, saved projects, and feedback you provide.
  • Billing status, subscription identifiers, and transaction metadata. Payment-card details are collected and processed by DodoPayments and are not stored by Spyce.
  • Usage and device information such as pages visited, features used, referral and campaign parameters, browser type, approximate location, IP address, and error logs.
  • Communications you send to support and newsletter preferences.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, run requested AI workflows, save your work, provide support, measure activation and performance, prevent abuse, improve our products, and send service or marketing communications where permitted.

AI and service providers

To perform a workflow, we may send the relevant portion of your input to AI model, cloud-hosting, browser-automation, media-processing, analytics, email, and payment providers. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or information you lack permission to process.

Private and public content

Projects marked private are not intentionally published to other users. Content you deliberately publish or share can be viewed by people with access to it. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so review content before sharing it.

Analytics and cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, product analytics, attribution, and service performance. Google Analytics may process device and usage information. Browser controls can limit cookies, although doing so may prevent parts of Spyce from working.

Retention

We retain account and project information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods differ by data type and backup schedule. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, when you direct us to, during a corporate transaction, or when reasonably required to comply with law, protect users, or secure the service.

Your choices and rights

You may update account settings, unsubscribe from marketing email, or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Children

Spyce is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

International processing and security

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the revised date here. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to tom@spyce.ai.
